Privacy Policy
Effective July 18, 2026
Krager Labs, LLC ("Krager Labs," "we," "us," or "our") publishes Spill and other apps and operates kragerlabs.com. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you. See our Terms of Service as well.
Information Spill keeps on your device
Spill is designed around private, on-device connection profiles. Player names, profile preferences, question answers, saved progress, and connection details are stored on your device unless a feature described below needs to send limited information to provide its service. You can use Spill's Reset All Data control to remove locally stored connection data.
If you enable Face ID protection, Apple performs the biometric check. Spill receives only the result of that check; Krager Labs does not receive or store your Face ID data.
Custom question generation
When you ask Spill to generate a custom question pack, Spill sends the selected connection type, relationship stage, and the topic or filter you entered to a Krager Labs service, which uses OpenAI to generate the requested questions. Spill does not include player names, demographic profile fields, saved answers, or your existing question history in that request. The generated questions are returned to your device.
Custom-generation request and response content may be processed or logged by our application backend, hosting provider, and AI service provider for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and debugging. Those providers may retain limited request data under their own retention practices.
Analytics, advertising attribution, and App Tracking Transparency
Spill uses Firebase Analytics, Meta App Events, AppsFlyer, and TikTok Business to understand product use, diagnose performance, measure advertising effectiveness, and record subscription conversions. These services may receive product-interaction events, technical information, app or device identifiers, advertising campaign information, and subscription details such as product ID, transaction ID, price, and currency. Spill does not send question text, answer text, player names, or Connection Profile details to advertising or attribution providers.
Before Spill enables access to Apple's advertising identifier or tracking across other companies' apps and websites, iOS presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, Spill disables advertiser-ID collection. Analytics and privacy-preserving aggregate attribution, including Apple's advertising attribution technologies, may still operate without the advertising identifier. You can change this choice in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Subscriptions and purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement information so Spill can provide and restore Spill Pro. Analytics and attribution providers may receive the limited subscription-conversion details described above; they do not receive your payment-card information from Spill.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging process a device token and delivery information. A daily-question notification may include the question displayed in the notification. Spill does not forward that private notification content to advertising or attribution providers.
Other technical and support information
Our websites and services may process IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, request metadata, crash information, and similar diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide so we can respond.
Service providers and disclosures
We share information only as needed with providers that operate features on our behalf, measure our advertising, comply with law, protect users and our rights, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell the private questions, answers, names, or Connection Profile details stored in Spill.

Retention and deletion
On-device Spill data remains until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Service-provider analytics, attribution, transaction, diagnostic, and notification records are retained according to each provider's applicable settings and policies. We retain support communications and operational records only as reasonably needed to respond, secure the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
Use Reset All Data in Spill to delete local connection data. You may also contact support@kragerlabs.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information Krager Labs controls. We may need to verify your request, and some records may be retained when legally required.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Security, international processing, and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Spill is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. We will post the revised effective date on this page. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@kragerlabs.com.
